Germany was a proud nation in 1871, they had just united the Germans under one banner and had defeated the legacy of Napoleon in France, and in the Versailles, the German Empire was announced, under the power of Prussia of course. That legacy lived on until 1918 when the spirit of Germany was crushed and the Junker class was utterly destroyed.I haven't really done any research, but do Prussian traditions still live on in Germany? Are the people proud of their pre-1918 past? And how vulnerable are the divisions of Germany regarding their history, culture, and borders?
